Public buses
Terminals 1, 2 and 3: You can take buses 24, 27, 34, 36, 53, 110 and 858 to all 3 Terminals.
Terminal 4: Public buses 24, 34, 36 and 110 will also bring you to Terminal 4.
For people with reduced mobility, most public buses are wheelchair-friendly. You can identify wheelchair-accessible buses by the blue wheelchair symbol decal pasted on the windscreens. These buses are equipped with ramps, and one or two wheelchair lots. The bus captains are trained to assist with boarding and alighting procedures.
For the visually-impaired, tactile guidance systems are available at bus interchanges to facilitate your travels. Guide dogs are allowed, as long as they are kept under proper control and held in special harnesses.
Preparing exact fare for your trip is a must as no change will be given. Alternatively, a stored-value EZ-link card for multiple rides can be purchased from any Changi Recommends store or the Changi Airport train station.

Train

To get to Changi Airport, one can take a MRT from any station and change lines if necessary to reach Tanah Merah Station (EW4) or Expo Station (DT35) in order to arrive at Changi Airport. Single-ride tickets and EZ-link cards can be purchased at all train stations. They usually operate between 5:30am to 12:30am the next day, with extended operating hours during eves of Public Holidays that are usually accompanied by extended bus operating hours.
Taxi

Hail a taxi on the street, or make a booking in advance by contacting one of the following taxi operators at their respective hotlines. Taxis are available for hire at the taxi stands in the Arrival areas of Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. A ride to the city takes about 30 minutes and costs between S$20 and S$40. All fares are metered.

Airport Transfer

24-hour Ground Transport Concierges (GTC) offers convenient transfers from Changi Airport to your destination.

Shuttle bus

TANAH MERAH
Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) is the gateway to nearby Indonesian islands of Batam and Bintan. This shuttle service departs every 30min and cost each passengers $3 for a one way trip. On top of that, it is also possibly for passengers to book their seats 7 days in advance to reduce the chances of passengers missing their cruise or flight.
DOWNTOWN
The City Shuttle will bring passengers to most downtown hotels at a rate of S$9 per adult or S$6 per child (below 12 years of age). The City Shuttle departs every 15min. The City Shuttle can bring its passengers to 478 different hotels according to which one the passengers choose to go.
CHANGI BUSINESS PARK
The free shuttle bus service is open to all members of the public visiting the airport on a first-come, first-served basis. The service runs from Monday to Friday 11:30am to 2:30pm and excludes public holidays. The free shuttle bus service departs around every 10min.
CHANGI TO JB
Travel seamlessly between Changi Airport and Johor Bahru with Transtar Cross Border Services, operated by Transtar Travel. Payment can be made in local currency (depending on boarding point) by cash or EZ-link card only.

Car rental counters operate from 7:00AM to 11:00PM.
Parking Facilities

There are five car parks at Changi Airport—one at each Terminal, as well as the South Car Park between Terminal 2 and JetQuay. There is a grace period of 10min for drivers to pick up or drop off their passengers in the car park. After 10min since time of entry, fees will be charged. Passengers can also purchase a park and fly coupon which will allow them to park their cars at car parks in Changi Airport without incurring expensive parking fees while they are overseas.

Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
Public buses
KLIA has a variety of bus service that can take you to several destinations in within Peninsula Malaysia. You can take the bus service by going to Level 1, Block C, Short-Term Car Park and Level 1, Main Terminal Building.

Train

The fastest way to get from KLIA to the city centre is by taking the KLIA Ekspres. There is a non-stop service to the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) located in in KL Sentral which will take 28 minutes. There is also a transit train service with 3 stops along the journey at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, and Salak Tinggi. The transit train service will take 35 minutes. The trains are equipped with comfortable seats, digital entertainment, wheelchair seat restraint, wheelchair-friendly washroom, and luggage racks.
Taxi

Airport Taxi
Airport taxi operates through a coupon system that can be purchased at the respective counters. It has different level of services depending on how much one is willing to pay and it correlates to the brand of car they will be riding in. The charges start from a minimum of MYR37 and are fixed based on the desired destinations.

Metered City Taxi
Metered taxi service is available at KLIA and charges are according to distance/time inclusive of a flag fall charge for the first 1km or 3 minutes of between MYR3.00 to MYR6.00 depending on the taxi type. Subsequent charges are based on the distance or time travelled.

Parking Facilities

Short-term parking
There are more than 5,700 bays for your convenience at Block A, B, C & D. Cars that are parked for more than 18hrs within a day would be entitled to free parking until the next day starts. Rates will be reset the next day and added on to fees the day before.
Long-term parking
There are more than 4,500 bays available at the LTCP and free shuttle service from LTCP to the terminals is available at every 10 minutes. LTCP location is approximately 1.5km away from Block D of KLIA which is about 20 min walk.
Preferred Parking
Passengers/customers can avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot by choosing to use our Preferred Parking facility. Preferred Parking is located at Level 2, Block B & C of the Short-Term Car Park giving nearer access to the Main Terminal building. There are more than 300 bays at the Preferred Parking
Valet Parking
For added convenience, you can choose to use Valet Parking facility. It is fully guarded by 24-hour security surveillance cameras.
KLIA2
Buses

klia2 has a variety of bus service that can take you to several destinations in within Peninsula Malaysia. You can take the bus service by going to Transport Hub, Level 1, gateway@klia2. Buses are available at Level 1, gateway@klia2.
Train

The fastest way to get from klia2 to the city centre is by taking the KLIA Ekspres. There is a non-stop service (inclusive of 1-minute stop at KLIA) to the KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) located in in KL Sentral which will take 33 minutes. There is also a transit train service with 3 stops along the journey at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya/Cyberjaya, and Salak Tinggi ((inclusive of 1-minute stop at KLIA). The transit train service will take 39 minutes. The trains are equipped with comfortable seats, digital entertainment, wheelchair seat restraint, wheelchair-friendly washroom, and luggage racks.
Taxi

Couponed Service
There are city taxis in klia2 that operates through a coupon system that can be purchased at the respective counters. There are 3 types of taxi service available, budget, premiere, and family. The charges start from a minimum of MYR32 and are fixed based on the desired destinations.

Parking Facilities

Short-term parking
There are 5,800 parking bays available gateway@klia2 shopping mall. You can access the Main Terminal building through the mall by taking the lift to level CP4. Touch & Go (TNG) facilities are available at all Public Parking entrances and exits. There is an additional charge of 10% for TNG usage, on top of the parking tier rate. Flat RM20.00 fee will be charged per day after the initial RM46.00 per day for the first 3 days.
