Singapore Airlines flight SQ118 is a scheduled non-stop flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Singapore Airlines was incorporated on 28 January 1972. It is the national carrier of Singapore and is easily recognised as one of the top successful airlines in the World. In 2019, SkyTrax awarded Singapore Airlines 2nd in the World Airline Awards.
Purpose of Case Study
Eagle Eye has chosen to work on the following case study of Singapore Airlines flight SQ118 serving from Singapore Changi Airport to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. In the Case Study, another similar flight operating from Singapore would also be used for comparison.
In this Case Study, the following objectives to be met are:
